Lets face it, most of us have no idea how to install WordPress. I can personally say that even after watching some WordPress installation videos, I just did not put them into use. Therefore, I only have a vague idea how WordPress is installed. I guess here I would thank my amazing coder for always being there! 😀
But all this does not mean that you guys shy away from installing it yourself. I checked Rent A Coder quotes for a simple installation and they vary from $20-$100, so if you know how to install WordPress yourself, you are saving some money.
